You can now report issues right in the app. Simply open the menu from the Shaper icon in the upper left of the screen and select Report an issue.

Known Issues
Low Camera Feed Frame Rate on iOS 17 Safari
You will experience low frame rates when using Trace on Safari if you have Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection enabled. The recommended workaround is to set Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection to Private Browsing or Off; alternatively you can also use Google Chrome or Firefox for iOS.
Object Selection
You may notice artifacts when switching from Centerline to Outline after having used the Object Selection tool. The recommended workaround is to perform Object Selection after choosing a path type.
