Participation

  1. Any adult who has completed the entry form truthfully and in full and is resident in United States of America is eligible to participate. Multiple entries by the same person will be considered as one registration. Each person may only enter the competition once. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Persons who are under the age of 18 at the time of participation or who are considered minors in their country of residence. Legal representatives and employees of Shaper Tools GmbH and/or Shaper Tools Inc. and their relatives.

  2. Competition period The competition will run for the entire duration of the roadshow, i.e. from September 16 to October 18.

  3. Prizes and determination of winners We will select a total of four winners: two from all valid East Coast entries and two from all valid West Coast entries. Each of the four winners will receive a BitWasher and an Ultimate Bit Kit. All winners will be notified by email no later than one week after the roadshow has concluded.

  4. Claim to prize The prize cannot be paid out in cash or resold. The prize may be transferred to another person. The winner must respond within three days of notification. If this is not the case, the prize will be raffled again. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is up to date.

  5. Data protection The personal data you provide in the entry form will be collected, stored and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing this competition (e.g. to determine the winner, contact the winner and process the prize). We store the data used for marketing purposes for as long as your consent is valid or the data is required for the purposes stated.Your rights: You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you and to have this data corrected, deleted or restricted. You can revoke your consent to data processing for marketing purposes at any time.   6. Exclusion of participants Shaper Tools Inc reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is suspicion of manipulation, misuse or violation of these terms and conditions. This applies in particular to multiple registrations or the provision of false data.

  7. Disclaimer Shaper Tools Inc accepts no liability for technical faults, failures of the competition server or other obstacles beyond the organizer's control that prevent participation in the competition. This also applies to transmission errors or delays in data transmission.

  8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United States of America.
