If you need to be up and running again quickly and the brushes in your SM1 spindle have reached the end of their service life, Shaper offers a “hot swap” service option to minimize downtime. Trade in your current spindle for a reconditioned spindle with brand new brushes. We’ll send this like-new spindle to you right away, in order to minimize down-time. All you need to do is send your current spindle back to us with the provided shipping label once you’ve received your replacement. All reconditioned spindles undergo rigorous inspection and quality checks.

If you’d rather we replace the brushes in your current spindle, we also offer a white-glove brush replacement service. Alternatively, if you want to replace the brushes yourself, we also offer replacement brushes for self service.  Shaper recommends that you opt for professional brush replacement via the white-glove repair or hot swap options.
