When the brushes in your SM1 spindle have reached the end of their service life, Shaper offers a white-glove brush replacement service option. Simply send your spindle to us and we’ll replace the brushes with genuine new parts. We also give your spindle a full safety and performance check before sending it back to you.

Alternatively, to minimize downtime, you can also choose our hot-swap spindle service. If you want to replace the brushes yourself, we also offer replacement brushes for self service. However, Shaper recommends that you opt for professional brush replacement via the white-glove repair or hot-swap options.
