Participation

1. Any adult who has completed the entry form truthfully and in full and is resident in a country of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States of America or Canada is eligible to participate. Multiple entries by the same person will be considered as one registration. Each person may only enter the competition once. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Persons who are under the age of 18 at the time of participation or who are considered minors in their country of residence. Legal representatives and employees of Shaper Tools GmbH and/or Shaper Tools Inc. and their relatives.

2. Competition period The competition will run for two weeks from the date of publication of the YouTube video.

3. Prizes and determination of winners One Shaper Origin will be raffled off as part of the competition. The winner will be determined by random drawing from all valid entries after the two-week period has expired. The winner will be officially announced in a draw, with their first name and initial surname being disclosed. The winner will also be notified by email to the address provided on the form.

4. Claim to prize The prize cannot be paid out in cash or resold. The prize may be transferred to another person. The winner must respond within one day of notification. If this is not the case, the prize will be raffled again. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is up to date.

5. Data protectionThe personal data you provide in the entry form will be collected, stored and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing this competition (e.g. to determine the winner, contact the winner and process the prize)..In addition, as you expressly confirm in the mandatory field on the entry form, your data will be used by Shaper Tools for marketing purposes. This may include sending you information about products, promotions, newsletters or other relevant communications from Shaper Tools by email or other electronic means of communication. You can withdraw your consent to this at any time with future effect.The data collected in connection with the competition will be deleted after the competition has ended and the prize has been awarded, unless there are legal obligations to retain the data or you have expressly consented to further storage and use. We store the data used for marketing purposes for as long as your consent is valid or the data is required for the purposes stated.Your rights: You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you and to have this data corrected, deleted or restricted. You can revoke your consent to data processing for marketing purposes at any time. 6. Exclusion of participants Shaper Tools GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is suspicion of manipulation, misuse or violation of these terms and conditions. This applies in particular to multiple registrations or the provision of false data.

7. DisclaimerShaper Tools GmbH accepts no liability for technical faults, failures of the competition server or other obstacles beyond the organiser's control that prevent participation in the competition. This also applies to transmission errors or delays in data transmission.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), for participants residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom.For participants residing in the United States of America or Canada, these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Notwithstanding the above choice of law, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective country of residence of the participants remain unaffected and applicable.
