Wooden Letter Shape Sorter

2' x 2' Sheet of plywood 1/2 Maple boardstock

This was my first SO project. I didn't know what might result so I just used some wood that I had laying around. The project was designed in Inkscape. There was a bit of trial and error before I got output that the Origin would accept. The letters were cut from 1/2 maple boardstock. They have to be taped to a spoil board, which worked well. I used a 1/4 inch cutter, requiring 4 passes to get to through to the spoil board. I cut the letters and shapes out of poplar first as a test then out of maple for the final product.
