An old project designed to take a 4' led workshop light and adapt it for cleat mouning.
The detail at the end will need to be adapted for the particular light you have. ( i will check the actual model of the light i used soon )

3/4" baltic birch ply
stock 1/4" cutter
Cut two of each the profile, they will friction fit together to conveniently support the 4' shop light on the standard shapertools cleat wall.
