Create a grid and align, place and the "box" mortise geometry to the outside rear edge of the box. aligning the "hinge" callout with the edge where you intend to place the hinge.
Do the same for the opposite side of the box.
Place and cut the "lid" geometry aligned to the rear outside edges of the lid, using grids for precise alignment.
Follow manufacturers instructions to install hardware.
